I started behind a camera and a mixing board, directing live productions and building the marketing materials that put a message in front of a room. That job taught me that good production is invisible — the audience only notices when a cue is late or a slide is wrong.
I carried that instinct for invisible precision into operations: as a licensed financial advisor building trust one portfolio at a time, as an e-discovery analyst who couldn't afford a single misfiled document under court deadlines, as a quality control officer holding the line on compliance, and now as a talent manager building the training systems that made my team measurably better at their jobs.
What I bring to an executive's day isn't just calendar Tetris. It's a bias for building the system once so it never breaks quietly — and enough of a design eye to make that system something people actually want to use.
